Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire, met fellow party chieftain Benedict Akika in Baltimore, Maryland, yesterday, Saturday, December 6, 2025.
Bibire, who journeyed all the way from Virginia, expressed great delight at meeting Akika, whom he described as “a very good brother.”
The renowned philanthropists — widely respected for their philanthropic commitments — used the meeting to discuss the visible progress unfolding in Oyo State under Governor Seyi Makinde’s able leadership, and they explored practical ways to sustain the gains and build on the current momentum.
The duo also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his impactful developmental strides across the state and praised his strong capacity to keep the PDP united against sponsored division-driven attacks.
