To the report made available to Greports international media, yesterday was a great moment again to the good people of Ward 12, Akinyele Local Government at large, as hundreds of party faithful, community leaders and members grace the occasion of Moshood Ajadi Foundation Maiden Ramadan Lecture.
The event started around 12pm with lecture topic title Unity in Islam, been delivered by Dr Saheed Jumah Orankan (wakil Mahaadul Arabiyah An-Naijr & Director Hajj Makbul Nigeria), opening prayer by chief imam Iroko Central mosque Sheikh Arimiyau, recitation of Quran and collection of donations was done for the central Mosque, where Honourables hopeful from ward 12 both donates huge sum of money, Hon Oludele 100,000 naira Donation for the Completion of Iroko central Mosque, same thing Hon Solomon Ere 150,000 naira was donated for similar purpose.
Among dignitaries presence are; Oba olasunkanmi, the two olori’s as the mothers of the day, Maye of Iroko Kingdom, Ajiroba, Baale Agbe, all baales under oniroko Kingdom, youth bodies across Akinyele Local Government, ojoo youth organization, orogun youth forum, Akinyele youth forum etc, iroko leagues of imam and alfa, Muslim communities headed by Amir Akinyele Local Government Muslim community, Akinyele East LCDA, Ikereku, Mallam Abdulwasii Abdulganiyy Arowolo (JP).
“I am grateful to Almighty Allah, for granting me the deserved grace to come up with this event, as we know this is our first Ramadan Lecture and I am indeed grateful to Allah, my parents, my king and queens, my family, team and friends for their support. My appreciation to Mallam Abdulwasii Amir Akinyele Muslims communities, our guest speaker invited guest of honors, my political mentors and leaders of our party from state and local government, iroko residents and indigenes, to my dear brothers Hon Solomon Ere and Hon Oludele, I am grateful for making me proud, divided we fall, united we stand, our vision and purpose for joining politics shall be achieve in Sha Allah, to the planning committee, media team, Nigeria civil defense, local hunters for their security coverage, we are grateful. To those gifts shared didn’t get to, next year will be greater and better bijahi rosullullah.
Our target is propagating Islam in iroko and its environs, making sure we are united to the course of Allah, through this a lot can be enjoyed in this world and hereafter.
