It is obvious that truly even after tenure of Engr Seyi Makinde, Oyo state will continue to prosper provided his blue print is follow, for we to continue to enjoy this opportunity of continuity of development and growth in our dear state.
It is important to appreciate a worthy, loyal leader, worthy of emulation like the deputy governor, His R=Excellency Bayo Lawal, on behalf of our youthful Governor we say a big thank you, and use this to note it to our youths to emulate this kind and perfect gentle man attributes and character.
Dear Mr Governor, i will use this opportunity to encourage you to look into cautioning commissioners not performing but rather pressurizing, intimidating and oppressing the good people of oyo state with their position, inflicting more harm than good in processes of fining wrongs of the citizenry mostly the downtrodden.
It is important to remind power intoxicating political office holder that are transcending power to caution with care not to spoil the love, reputations, momentum and ovation Governor Seyi Makinda has build for PDP in oyo state. It is important to reiterate their core functions to those working against the blue print that generation of revenue to the state purse should not be at the detriment of the poor or middle class or even the rich in the state but rather to look else where to meaningful sustainable means than milking, exploiting the masses at display of correction that ought to be done at minimal without any consideration of status, class or individual differences.
The commissioners not performing or been sentiment are to be caution to avoid masses rebelling against them, attack on popularly called jagaban of oluyole, the commissioner for resources and natural resources should be a call to everyone to do what is right rather than using personal differences to handle state affairs.
Sūratul Mujādilah, No.58, Āyat 6 said ‘On the day when Allah will raise them up all together, then inform them of what they did: Allah has kept account of it while they have forgotten it’. If only we keep in our mind that we will definitely give account of all we do, we will then do what is right and not the other way round like the office tenure wont end again.
